My Very Merry Christmas*

I trust that you guys must have had a FANTASCULAR CHRISTMAS, right? Mine was awesome too, lest the part i lost 8bucks in MJ. Jm cher must be gleaming somewhere..bleah~ she was SO LUCKY lor. Poor me and ah leow. But to begin with, my christmas season kicked-start with already something to die for:
A Europe vacation.

Star-shaped snow flakes, white christmas and an unforgetable experience...what more can i ask for right??



Haha... anyways mom fefe and myself dined at The Goodwood Park Hotel on christmas eve. YES, without daddy. He was entertaining some people so... he missed the awesome food and fun!

We always complain how ugly the decorations look each year but i'm very proud to say this really looks nicer than the much raved about streets of Champ Elysees in Paris.

Right after the dinner, i met up with Jiayi and Jane at the Vista (ECP)

Do you know i saved like 400 bucks for buying my Miu Miu in Paris. It costs 2120SGD here in sunny singapore. I bought it for only 1980SGD in Paris, Lafayette. That's before lessing the tax rebates.

My Europe vacation~ Italy>Switzerland>France 2009

Here's a little pictorial summary of my Europe Vacation!

My vacation was shorter than expected cus my Mommy dearest was sick right from the start!

Luckily, she managed to pull herself together (THANK GUAN IM MA) for the best part of it -

PARIS.

Think we were flowing along the right side of the tide cus if not for the last minute changes, we may be stranded in Holland for quite some time. FOLLOW THE NEWS, people!! People DIED in the cold in Europe! and not to mention the 40% cancelled flights from Paris the day after we left.

So mommy's illness was like a blessing in disguise, though i'd gladly take her place. She was really suffering for like half of the trip.

She was already running a slight fever on the plane to Rome. poorthing. Dad half-forced me n fe with his persuasive tone to swop our tripple-seater with his double-seater on the plane so he could LIE DOWN AND SLEEP throughout. Poor me and fe sat on one seat each (like every other normal passengers), uncomfortable and SLEEPLESS.

I watched a grand total of 7 movies to and from Europe on my flights.

Not a champion in adjusting to time differences. Am still sleeping 4am in the morning and waking at 3.
Thanks to the last min changes though, we got our chance on the new A380 plane back from Paris. And cus the flight was full, we had to pay for higher economy seats, and dad upgraded his to business class on the 2nd level. Anyways, that was like my best flight ever cus we hardly felt anything during take-off and landing. VERY AWESOME for a person like me who's scared of flying (in case u didn't know).

I don't know why it must be my mensus or something so i kept wanting to pee. And i HAD to pee when the plane was about to take off. So i made a mad dash to the nearest toilet i was eyeing from the moment i board the plane. LOL. when i came out there was this unclish looking steward waiting outside my door~~ hmm, i wonder why, besides the fact that the plane was in taxi. Anyways, i went back and exclaimed to fefe "WAH the toilets in A380 are very nice and big leh! their toiletries all feragamo one! awesome right??" i only realised much later that i accidentally used the first class toilet. GAHHH.

Anyways, there was this handsome/cute/swave looking air steward tending our aisle. He had to stick his face so close when he speaks for duno what reason. maybe he was hoping we'd faint at his charming face so we won't bug him for service. he actually resembles PAN YU WEN if you watch chao ji xing guang da dao. This dreamy looking prince... not important, i pity the thought of him cleaning the disgusting toilets on long haul flights. The sinks are always filled with colgate-water. eeeeeeewwww~
