HELLO!!!! i'm back! HAPPY NEW YEAR! ummm, i haven't exactly been procrastinating.. my excuse would be, "i've been busy". with what? i'll tell you when i figure it out. i don't intend to write much so you can get an idea from the pictures of how my holiday in Korea was. is it cold there? well, it's quite bloody obvious from the first pic.
but before i that... i just wana say...
I MISS YOU, MY FIRENDS!!! [some]
..but i miss my smelly bolster more. =X
@ Yongin Everland.
coldest after Nami Island (where they filmed Winter sonata).... and please don't laugh at my exaggerated outfit cus everyone's wearing them there. it's that 'cool' okay... and i thought the dumb mickey-ear clips were KZ enough. the best thing was, unlike the mickey ear clips which served no particular purpose apart from making you look a mouse, those animal heads are so fluffed up they're actually practical for winter. winterTime should import some of those, honestly.

the rides behind, i never got to try. one, the older i get the smaller my guts become (i dunno why). two, the cold was too much to bear for us to walk there. the funny fact is: it's not as cold when it snows, but it's the f*ing freezing wind that pierces right through your bones.

@ Grand Intercontinental Hotel Seoul.
tsk tsk tsk, what's the use of a luxurious hotel room when i only get to sleep on a foldable bed? i'm so tired i didn't really care..at least i'm not sleeping on the floor.

Day 2 outside the hotel
we were greeted with snow the first thing we stepped out of the lobby. it was a damn beautiful sight lah! the snow flakes were really light like ice kachang flakes! feel i we were filming some korean drama..HAHA.

sadly the cam wasn't able to capture the snow...

@ Ancient korean palace
..is it just me or this place really looks like China to me. HAHAHA.

..really damn cheena...lol! oh and that's my cousin, kelly.

@Gimpo International airport. (internal flight to Jeju)
Samsung's Anycall ads are so damn huge in korea can!!! but i wonder why they're a bit back dated. isn't it supposed to be Anyband already? it'll be so wonderful to see Xiah junsu, Tablo and Boa's face plastered everywhere. umm, k maybe just junsu. LOL. and i really am on the line with my dad when my cousin snapped this.

@Jeju - Dragon head rock by the coast.
i'm telling you Jeju was a traumatising experience for me man!!! the plane ride, the wind, the KILLER WINDS!!! no wonder they don't have hair dryers in their resorts. you can just step out and *poof* your hair will be dry in no time...with an awkward hairdo that is. booboo~

@ Hanhwa Resort - Jeju
that night was new yr's eve. we initially planned to just buy some snacks from the family mart and return to our room to chill but when we got to the lobby it was packed with so many people lor. Damn happening! we were handed small papers to write our wish on them and tie them to a balloon each. then after the countdown, everyone rushed outside to release them...and there were even fireworks. cool man, at least my 21st countdown was quite memorable.

...it was kinda chaotic too..i forgot to add.

@ (i can't remember the name) - Jeju
all i can remember was we were made to climb endless steps to see some supposed breathtaking scenery of Jeju. bad decision to climb all the way up. the first thing i said when i reached the top "huh....like that only ah?"

@ ( some place i cannot remember the name again) - Jeju
what can i say? i don't have a particular talent for remembering the names of places which i don't have much impression on. HAHAHA...the best thing about this place is that i blend pretty well with the surroundings. think the color of my outfit.

i was bored. hills and mountains don't interest me as much as snow-doodling.

@ COEX Intercontinental Hotel - Seoul
last night in seoul. a very nice city view from our room compared to the ones in Jeju... i'm born a city sleeker i think. cus i cannot imagine myself waking up to mountains and trees. OH! and i slept on the actual bed this time!

@ a local restaurant - Seoul
our "last lunch" before we leave for the airport. looks yummy to you right? looks revolting to me can... not that it tastes bad but after 7 days of seeing food this kinda color, it's just not very appetizing. but for the love of my yoochunie, i must get used to it! or i can simply convert him to a chicken rice and fishball soup lover. HAHAHAHAHAAA....

@ Incheon International Airport - Seoul
now i know why dodo-brained people are dunkin' so much money into these donuts. they are simply Yummy with a capital "Y"!!! so must da-bao back for gluttony-fefe.

On the plane...with another of my cousin, Georgia.
she's sad leaving korea, i'm elated leaving for home! no place beats the lil sunny island man!!! umm, actually a lot of places beat Singapore hands-down, i'm just homesick lah....
Alrigty! that's all for now, these are not all, i'd update again on Teddy Bear museum and Lotte World when i feel like it. yes....WHEN i feel like it that is. LALALALLAALAAA
i did say i'm gonna write very little right?? whoopsie~
